I am soooooo excited!!! This is my second Ultimate Body Wrap “Skinny Wrap” and my results this time were even better than the first. I am quickly approaching my 72 hour mark (I’m at 68 hours). I have to tell you that I feel amazing. It almost seems unreal that something can work so well. My stomach has tightened even more! I did my second wrap late last night and I did before and after pictures. Can I just say WOW! I cannot wait to see how I look on the 3rd day. The before is right before the wrap and the after is immediately after the wrap. I’m not to thrilled about sharing these pictures but yet I am. I lost inches again! I love it! Get Your Sexy Back
I’m sitting here tonight in my ultimate body wrap writing up this post. I couldn’t resist it. I was trying to save the product to share but I just couldn’t wait to get my wrap on!Don’t worry I have a wrap for you too. As I previously posted, I tried one of these “skinny wraps” so that I could review and see what all the hype was about. I was a complete skeptic. Well… I was so amazed. It really does work!!
Let’s talk about how the wrap works- The wrap is an all-natural herbal blend that absorbs through your pores into your fat cell. It detoxifies and breaks down the fat in the cell and extracts fat and toxins into your lymphatic system (how cool is that) which is then disposed as waste. The detoxifying method reduces the size of the fat cell, resulting in inch loss, toning, and minimizing the site of cellulite. It is very important that you drink water to flush the toxins out of your body. That makes sense right. You have to eliminate the toxins somehow. The best results come from drinking 1/2 your weight in ounces (i.e. if you weigh 140lbs, drink 70 ounces a day during your 72 hour detox period). Doing this fully flushes the toxins and allows you to get best results. Do the best you can with this part (I hate water too). It’s worth it when you see results!!
How long does it take- I seen results after just 45 minutes (read my past post for more details). 97% of people experience a result with their first wrap. The average loss of the first wrap is 1-4″ (my result was 3″) but a friend of mine lost 7 1/4 on the first wrap (true story). You can wrap an area as many times as you need to achieve your desired results. Some areas where fat has settled for a long period of time can be more stubborn. Results are best obtained using one wrap at a time. That ensures that the water you have consumed can flush the toxins out completely. You only apply one wrap within a 72 hour period. Overlapping doesn’t improve results. Your measurements after applying the wrap are only hour 1 of 72. Your body continues to detox for 72 hours. The most significant results occur on day 2, with you final results on day 3. The wrap does not take months to show a difference, it can occur in as little as one day! How amazing is that! I told you I was amazed!!!

Hair got you down? Inexpensive at home hair mask
It’s always this time of the year when my hair really has had enough. The cold weather really dries out my hair. I’ve broken hairs and have been shedding all winter long. I’ve mixed concoctions together to find something that makes my hair feel good. I liked the outcome of this one a lot so I could not wait to share.
Things you will need:
Any bowl that you can microwave for a few minutes.
Marshmallow Emollient (referred to as a moisturizer- are products that help to soften skin or to treat skin that has become dry. Most emollients are forms of oil or grease. You could use coconut oil or olive oil instead, if you have that one hand.
I purchased the Marshmallow Emollient at a local herb store called Cheryl’s Herbs (great place). It cost $6.70 and it last months. You use this very sparingly. Here is a link to her website: http://www.cherylsherbs.com/
1 Egg (I use 2 because I have very thick hair)
Small brush to paint the mixture on (you can use your hands if you don’t have this)
Measuring spoon
Hair clip
Oh and a towel to wrap around you because this will get messy.
First you want to put a tablespoon of the marshmallow emollient in your bowl.
Now break your egg and add it to the emollient.
Mix them together with your brush (fork and whisk will work too)
Now apply the mixture to your hair. I clip most of my hair to the top of my head and do it in sections. I have so much hair!
It will get hard as you are applying the mixture. Don’t panic thats normal. Ha! Ha! By the time you finish applying it will be nice and crispy!
Leave the mixture in for about 30-40 minutes.
Rinse with warm water.
Shampoo and condition as you normally would.
Add just another dab of the emollient to your damp hair (about 60-70% dry).
Now you can blow dry and style your hair.
