Hi everyone! Hope you Saturday was everything that you hoped it would be. I stared mine off with a one on one workout with a personal training session. I think she may just want to kill me. LOL! I’m kidding she is really teaching me a lot and she is keeping me motivated. I cannot lie though, this stuff is hard work. At first I though that I should be in fairly good shape as much as I do around the house, running my daughter around, and just everything else. Sometimes I feel like I never get a moment to myself at all. I bet there are many of you who can relate to me there. Anyway the past two work outs have been pretty good. I’m playing biggest loser but I’m my only challenger. LOL!
I wanted to talk to you a little more about It Works products. This is the company that sells the ultimate body applicator or most people refer to it as a skinny wrap. If you have been reading my previous blog you knew that I was reviewing the product. I was actually ready to knock it down because I was such a skeptic. That didn’t happen. I drank tons of water the day before and tons more through out. Everyone needs to do that anyway so I did not consider that to be painful. I wore the wrap for exactly 45-50 minutes because it says that results can be seen within that time frame. I measured myself so no one was swindling me on numbers. I still continued to drink water over the 73 hours (no carbonated beverages). One the 3 day I measured again in which I did in fact lose almost another half-inch in all 3 areas that I measured. So for my first time I lost 3 inches. I have to say I could really tell that I tightened as well because when I looked at my belly button I could clear see. It did work for me and as I mentioned before I was a skeptic but I am impressed at this point. At least by that product.
I know I to get my hands on some products so that I can do a few giveaways to you as well. I decided that I would sign up to be a distributor. I’m still doing tons of research but If anyone for any reason would become shady in any way you can bet I will no longer do that. Here is my goal. I signed up to be a distributer. I need a few people who are interested in becominig a loyal customer. What it means to be a loyal customer is that you agree to buy one product each month for the next 3 months. To me if you are not interested in becoming a distributer than a loyal customer is the way to go. Yoo can also purchase to warps for $30 dollars a piece (more in some areas) and if it request shipping you need to add about $5 to that.
I have been reading through a lot of information about the products and what they do and I have found products that I know I will be trying as well.
Some examples: The have the wrap in chin and neck form oh yes how I would love to lose some of my extra chins. LOL!

What your teen wants you to know. A Teenage Perspective- It’s not easy
Being a parent is hard and our children do not come with manuals. Being a teenager is hard and we parents do not come with manuals either.
The problem with being a teenager is that it is like a roller coaster. It is a bit exhausting being a teenager and just as exhausting for parents who have to live with one. One minute they are happy and the next minute they want to scream at the world. I recall seeing a television program that talked about teens and the program explained in-depth that the teen brain is still “under construction”. The impulsiveness, the mood swings, and all that other crazy stuff is an important process in the brains development. I am sure glad to know that there is a reason for all this madness. I have to laugh when my daughter tells me that I don’t know what it is like to be a teenager. Good lord, do you think I could forget. I remember it starting out all awkward and stressful but I also remember it getting better. That is what I want my daughter to understand. It gets better!
I asked my daughter to share some thoughts with us. Things that us “Parents” should know. If she feels this way I’m sure there are other teens that feel the same. I’m proud of my daughter for being a voice. Asking her to do the video is one more way for me to understand and to continue to stay connected with her. Parents talk to your teenagers and teenagers talk to your parents. We parents are not as lame as you think we are and we love you more than you could ever imagine.
