Cleaning the shower
So tonight I decided that I would share my lovely time-saving secret. I actually clean my shower while I am taking my shower. Of course I do this when I am not using harsh chemicals. I try to stay away from harsh chemicals anyway. So guess what my routine is. Ha! Ha! I get my hair washed and get the conditioner added and I let the conditioner sit in my hair while I start scrubbing the walls. After the walls I scrub the glass doors, and after the glass doors I toss my scrubber on the shower floor and start scrubbing with the scrubber with my feet (I might do a little dancing during this scrubbing). I put my foot on top of it and move it around in a circular motion making sure that I reach all areas around the bottom of the shower. I then do the rest of my own shower ritual, lathering up, shaving, and anything else needed, and finally I rinse out my hair. My final step at this point is to lift the show head from the holder and spray my shower from top to bottom. If you don’t have a flexible shower head you can keep a large cup to dump the water over the walls. Also it’s not a bad idea to get a shower head that can be more portable for you. I love mine!! Most of them have different speeds and some even have an awesome setting called massage! If your wondering… of course that’s why I got mine. Not for the convenience of cleaning the shower. It just happened to have worked out that way. (Giggle). So that is my time saver of cleaning the shower. I’d like to call it regular maintenance. Ha ha ha!

Book Worth Reading
First Personal Plural is a great read. The author is Cameron West (now a psychologist). This book represents his own personal struggles. Cameron developed DID (dissociative identity disorder) when he was in his thirties. This seemed to be a result of childhood sexual abuse by his mother, grandmother, and unidentified male (or males). He writes about his 24 different personalities and how they emerge. He writes about his memories, pain, abuse, and how these personalities share memories and hold memories of his abuse. This is his journey of denial, acceptance, living with multiple personalities as a husband and a father. This is a story that you really cannot put down. I highly recommend this book. It gives great insight into multiple personalities. The story is painful but offers a ton of hope!!
Real Results
I did my second wrap late last night and I did before and after pictures. Can I just say WOW! I cannot wait to see how I look on the 3rd day. I’m sitting here tonight in my ultimate body wrap writing up this post. I couldn’t resist it.
